Scheduling the show and getting school approval..

We find the best nights for a show is either Wednesday or Thursday.

Posters and Tickets arrive.  

Band members should get 5 tickets each to sell to family and friends  Online ticket sales and social media promotions start.

Should start discussing with students what refreshments/baked goods and other things they can sell at the show.

The band keeps 100% of any items they sell at the show.

Should be checking in with students on amount of ticket sales,  

Social media content put out to help boost online ticket sales. 

If possible, consider setting up a 50/50 raffle the night of the show to increase revenue for the school.  The band keeps 100% of revenue from this.

Weekly check in on ticket sales.

Social media push.  Students doing interviews and saying how excited they are for the show is a great promotion.  We will also be providing weekly pictures and video content for social media push.

Reaching out to the PTA for their support in promoting the event.

Getting the event in the school announcements

This is when the big push starts. 

Press releases sent out and press interviews scheduled.

 Posters distributed throughout the school.  Posters given to students to be put up at their churches.

Social media push for online ticket sales.  Having the students get really involved this week, encouraging them to post on their social media.  The daily push from us with pictures and videos going out on social media.

Students should be putting posters up at their churches the Sunday before the show and see if they can get the show announced at church.  

Final Social media blast from us, you, the students, the PTA and any other school organizations

We can arrive on Monday or Tuesday to help promote the show.
